For ArtLink Participant Teachers Globally

Insights we gained into the lives of our partners

1. The students at Bayshore Jointure Commission did two exercises . The first exercise was to promote self-awareness, writing the student´s name repeatedly and using colors around it. The second exercise was to teach about the term “opposite”, using black squares on a white piece of paper. A strict sense of a tradition was not portrayed, but it was still interesting to read and see the student´s artwork.

2. Mostly they tried to show an exercise teaching language and self awareness.

3. All art lead us to learn about ourselves. The second exercise can be compared to abstract art and contrasting expressions.

4. Did you enjoy creating this artwork and what did they learn of the whole process.

5. The students at Lcdo. Guillermo Atiles Moreu School are very grateful that the students at Bayshore Jointure Commission took the time to participate in the Artlink project and have shared their artwork with us. We hope that they keep learning through the joyful experience of art creation and we will try to continue ourselves in the same process every day trying to learn and improve ourselves.
